Financial Panel Discussion | September 20, 2012

Join us on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at UNF's University Center for a Financial Panel Discussion. There will be a CPA specialist, Reserve specialist and a Community Association Volunteer Leader.

Registration and breakfast begins at 8:00 a.m. and the meeting begins at 8:30 a.m.

  • Reserve Specialist - Will discuss the benefits and use of a reserve study in the budget process and the advantages of using a professional for getting a reserve study done.
  • CPA Specialist - Will discuss budgeting as a planning tool and basics for board and managers to track the progress of association financial position; line items based on association responsibilities and allowing for bad debt.
  • Community Association Volunteer Leader - Will discuss the process the Board goes through in planning the association budget.
