Membership Committee
Purpose
Strengthen and promote the Jacksonville Metropolitan Chapter of CAI through marketing membership benefits; promoting the ‘brand’ and mission of CAI; recruiting new members; and retention of rookie members.
Duties
- Follow up with prospective members via telephone and/or email
- Follow up with expired members via telephone and/or email
- Provide correct membership information to the directory committee when applicable
- Promote and market the chapter and its benefits within homeowner association community, such as other homeowner groups within the Metroplex.
- Explore promotion possibilities with Chambers of Commerce; City Councils and other municipalities’ groups that will benefit from the resources of CAI.
- Explore advertising possibilities through public service announcement requirements; billboard advertising; radio; television; and area newspapers.
- Provide quarterly magazine article to magazine committee chair for publication.
- Provide monthly membership reports to the board of directors.
